Well, it depends on how you plan to use it and what you want to pile onto it. The BTT Pi has a pretty big advantage in power input — 12/24V. The downside is just 1 GB of memory. You can get pretty much any touchscreen; it connects over hdmi-microhdmi and usb for power.
For the E3V2 — none, the drivers are soldered on there) But otherwise, 2209 or 2240 are the most available options right now. The 2240 can show their own temperature in KlipperScreen.
Ну смотря как использовать планируешь её и что накручивать, у бтт пишки есть существенный плюс в питании 12/24В, из минусов всего гиг памяти. Экран можешь любой сенсорный брать, подключается через hdmi-microhdmi и usb для питалова
Для е3в2 никакие, дрова там распаяны) а так, 2209, 2240 из того что сейчас наиболее доступно, 2240 умеют свою температуру показывать в клипперскрине
I put 2240s on XY — they have temperature monitoring, which is handy when tuning, especially if you want to go faster. For the screen, you need to look at what fits your SBC. HDMI ones are universal, but they take up a USB port for touch. DSI can have specific pinouts; on Raspberry Pi I use DSI, where it connects with a flat ribbon cable.
Я на XY поставил 2240, там контроль температуры, удобно при настройке, если хочешь побыстрее. Экран нужно смотреть под SBC. HDMI универсальные, но занимают USB под тач. DSI может быть со специфической разводкой, на Raspberry Pi использую DSI, там подключение плоским шлейфом.

Another screen option is the 12864, the monochrome 128*64 one. It’s controlled by Klipper and connects to the MCU, not the host. On one of my printers I have both a 12864 and a 5" DSI with KlipperScreen. On the second one, just a 5" DSI.

Yeah, heating is kind of a mixed bag, because on a Voron 2.4 they get hammered up to almost 100, but on the 0.2, even with the higher print speed, they barely crawl up to 60
Ну вот с нагревом двояко, потому что на ворон 2.4 они под сотку долбят, а вот на 0.2, с учетом более высокой скорости при печати еле-еле до 60 доползают🙄
Mine were already going into overheat fault mode after 90 degrees. External cooling is mandatory.
У меня после 90 градусов уже в аварию по перегреву уходили. Внешний обдув обязательно.

That’s weird — according to the chip manual, their operating range goes up to 125 degrees. Ahhh, maybe you have the max temp set in the config itself? But yeah, after I saw that, I added cooling and now it’s a comfortable 55–58.

I’ve already set up Klipper on their SBC, everything was fine, though I can only compare it to a Raspberry Pi 3 from when I was making the unit.

на одноплатнике их я клиппер уже поднимал, все нормально было, хотя сравнить могу только с малиной третей, когда юнит делал
Looks like the BTT 2209s fit fine, I just don’t remember what the deal was with UART there.

The BTT 2209s themselves are fine with UART — unless something is off on the printer board.

You could go with something fancier, like the same SKR 1.4 Turbo, but honestly, the Mini E3 V2 should fit just fine.

Basically, you just need the board and the SBC, plug everything into its place and slap in the config, then do the fine-tuning 
and somehow assemble the dinosaur) The main thing is, check the number of motors and make sure you don’t end up with a board arriving and then finding out something’s missing — peripherals included.
Да по сути тебе плату и одноплатник, все на свои места потыкать и навалить конфиг, а потом настроечки ну и собрать как-то динозавра) главное, посмотри количество моторов и что б не вышло так, что пришла плата и чего-то не хватает и по периферии тоже
