I installed it recently. The first flash worked right away, then after the final assembly I noticed the blower fan wasn’t spinning. I decided to rebuild the firmware and try the blower fan test, and that’s it — now I can’t flash it.

Do you have another computer handy? I have no idea why, and I don’t even want to dig into it), but this workaround helped a couple of times. Something is wrong with the build, specifically on your computer.
Archive the whole folder and send it to me in a private message. I’ll build it on my end.

The fan test is a whole separate story), to sell it you need to disable the scales. But you only need to do it if the fan is really driving you nuts.

Тест кулера это отдельная история), чтоб его продать нужно весы отключить. Но его нужно делать если кулер реально бесит

The test isn’t for that. It’s for finding the optimal PWM frequency. If it wasn’t spinning, then it’s either the polarity (check it, the +/- on the connector might be swapped). Do you know how to pull the pins out of the housing so you can swap them?
Or it’s something from the MCU to the transistor.

Тест не для этого. Он для подбора оптимальной частоты шим. Если не крутился это или полярность(проверяй, там на разъёме ± могут быть перепутаны), умеешь вытаскивать разъемы из корпуса чтоб местами поменять?
Или что-то от МК до транзистора
