These scale wires are really bugging me. I wanted to extend them. Dug through my pile of junk. That’s what my wife calls it, anyway. All the wires with markings are rated for 80 degrees. One stranded wire is 105 degrees. What does everyone use?

If you really need to extend them, you can use pretty much any wire. Since it’ll be underneath already, outside the chamber, at room temperature.
Нарастить, если это необходимо, можно любым проводом. Так как это уже будет снизу, вне камеры хранения в комнатной температуре

I’d go with insulation rated for a higher temperature than the thermal relay temperature. In the KIT set, that’s 130 degrees. You could also look at wire with lacquer insulation, but I have no idea how to tell what’s what just by appearance… and if you’re buying anyway, then look at MGTF — you should definitely be able to find it at a local electronics store or market.
Я бы допустимую температуру изоляции брал выше, чем температура термореле. В КИТ наборе - это 130 градусов. Можно ещё посмотреть с лаковой изоляцией, но как по внешнему виду определить ху из ху я хз…, а если покупать, то тогда смотреть в сторону мгтф, он точно должен быть в местном радиомагазине или рынке.
You can use stuff you already have too. But in general, wire with silicone insulation is one of the best options for a dryer. Heat-resistant up to around 300 degrees. A soldering iron doesn’t melt the insulation at all. When you tin it, the insulation doesn’t pull back. There are much cheaper options on Ali too, if you buy it without the box and spools.
Можно и из подручных. А вообще провод в силиконовой изоляции - один из лучших вариантов для сушилки. Термостойкий градусов до 300. Паяльник его изоляцию не плавит совсем. Когда лудишь, изоляция не сползает. На али есть варианты много дешевле, если без коробки и катушек брать
