Is there a difference whether you flash the Arduino while it’s on the board or separately?
I flashed it separately, took it off, powered it on, the screen is black, the LED on the Arduino is lit, and there is 5 V at the output of the converter.
А есть разница, прошивать ардуино на плате или отдельно?
Я прошивал отдельно, снятую, включил, экран черный, на ардуине диод горит, 5 в на выходе из преобразователя есть

These 2 pins need to be desoldered. I don’t know which board version you have, but it’s better to desolder them

Check after the full flashing that everything works, you might’ve fried some port
