Suspected problem with the iHeater after the traces burned out

Hi! Can someone clarify: on the board there are IN and OUT connections — am I understanding it right that IN is 220V, and OUT goes to the heater?

Then I really don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. I connected power and the heater, the dryer started up, the menu came on, everything looked fine, but then it seemed like a trace on the board started burning between IN and OUT. I disconnected the wires, screwed them back in carefully, tightened everything so nothing could short anywhere, and powered it up again. A couple of times a trace on the board flashed, and it seemed like everything was okay. I scrolled through the menu, started auto-PID, there was a pop, and the trace between IN and OUT burned out again.

Привет! Подскажите, на плате подключение in и out, я же правильно понимаю, что in - 220, а out на нагреватель?

Тогда я вообще не понимаю что я делаю не так. Подключил питание и нагреватель, сушилка запустилась, начало показывать меню, все ништяк, но на плате сначала как будто горела дорожка между in и out. Открутил, провода, ещё раз аккуратно вкрутил, притянул, чтобы нигде ничего не замыкало, запустил. Пару раз на плате мигнула дорожка и вроде все ок. Полистал меню, запустил автопид, хлопок, и у меня снова выгорела дорожка между in и out

Checked it with a multimeter, the traces didn’t burn out, but something popped

Same thing happened last time, but then the traces burned out. I’ll disconnect the heater and double-check everything. Sorry for the panic.

Проверил мультиметром, не перегорели дорожки, но что-то шлепнуло

Это в прошлый раз было то же самое, но тогда сгорели дорожки. Отключу нагреватель и буду перепроверять всё. Извиняюсь за панику
