Can you advise: with the target air temp at 90, it can’t heat up. Max is 88 with a delta of 20. I want to increase the delta to 25. Am I understanding correctly that I also need to set #define CE 115? How safe is that?

The delta is set in the menu. And this is just the maximum air temperature.
Дельта в меню устанавливается. А это просто максимальная температура воздуха.
For some reason, when I set the delta to 25, the heater still won’t go above 110. Maybe after setting the delta I need to turn it off and on again?
у меня почему-то при установке дельты до 25, все равно выше 110 нагреватель не греет. Может после установки дельты нужно выключить - включить?

It’s just thinking it’s almost there already, so it approaches 90 carefully. Try rebooting it.
