I still haven’t figured out the scales yet, tomorrow I’ll keep digging into it. Here’s what I tried: there are gaps, I also tried putting extra washers under the spool holders in addition to the spacers; during assembly, on the sensors themselves (the long metal ones, don’t know what they’re properly called), there are 2 washers like in the video. I measured it — there’s definitely more than a 2 mm gap, about 3 mm. I connected the wires correctly, checked with a multimeter like in the video here. The op-amp isn’t heating up, though I only checked by hand. I resoldered the jumper for 10 and 80 hz, that didn’t help either. Now about the problem: I do the calibration, but the weight doesn’t change — or rather, sometimes it shows 1000 grams, but it doesn’t matter whether the spool is there or not. I tried calibrating different spools (from different sides, since I didn’t understand which one is first and which is second). In the end I still couldn’t get it working. I’d be grateful if you could tell me what to check. And yeah, I checked everything that was in the guides. The platform itself is tightened down, no play in it.

Вот с весами пока не разобрался, завтра буду дальше ковырять. Что пробовал, зазоры есть, пробовал ставить еще шайбы под катушка держатели, помимо проставок, при сборке на самих датчиках (длинные металические, не знаю как называются правильно), стоят 2 шайбы как на видео, замерял больше 2 мм зазор точно есть, около 3 примерно. Провода подключил правильно, мультиметром проверял как тут было на видео. Апц не греется, пробовал правда руками. Перемычку перепаивал на 10 и 80 hz, тоже не помогла. Теперь о проблеме, я делаю калибровку, но вес не меняется, точнее иногда показывает 1000 грамм, но не важно, катушка стоит или нет. Пробовал калибровать разные катушки (с разных сторон, т.к. не понял какая первая, какая вторая). В итоге так и не смог победить. Буду благодарен, если скажите что проверить. И да, все что в гайдах было, проверял. Сама платформа затянута, без люфтов.

Yeah, when pressing on the sensor. But it seemed to me that no matter where I pressed, whichever sensor I pressed, it still changed. I’ll double-check tomorrow for sure, since I did a lot of stuff and don’t remember exactly now. I won’t rack my brain over it, tomorrow I’ll definitely report back.

Да, при нажатии на датчик. Но мне показалось что куда бы я не нажимал, на какой датчик не жал, все равно менялось. Завтра перепроверю точно, т.к. много что делал, уже точно не вспомню. Не буду забивать голову, завтра точно отпишусь.
you need to place the weight very quickly during calibration. the first scales are the ones closest to the edge of the board

just out of curiosity, you can try putting a bit more. and make sure the sensor wires are soldered into 1 and 2, not 3 and 4

Actually, better check the little wire bundle from each scale right now, put it together, and label it. So it doesn’t turn out that two wires from one scale are soldered to 1, and two to 2

Лучше как раз сейчас от каждыйх весов жгутик проверить и собрать и промаркировать. Чтоб не получилось что два провода одних весов к 1 запаяны, а два к 2
