You don’t really need to install the cooler, mine doesn’t go above 50°, it’s running Klipper for an Ender 3 S1.
And I think there’s a version of the model without it.

Then make a shelf/niche, it doesn’t have to be fixed in place permanently — a backpack-style mount would actually make it easier to remove.
Or glue the bottom part to the case after first gluing in the nuts; it clamps together with M4x30 screws.
Take a look at the model first, then something will probably come to mind.

Так сделай полку/нишу, его не обязательно на мертво крепить, действительно рюкзачком для удобства съема
Либо нижнюю часть приклей на корпус предварительно приклеив гайки, она м4х30 винтами стягивается

Well, so far the idea is that this bottom part of the case will hang on two screws. And it’ll also be partially inserted into the ventilation holes (just slot in).
But it won’t be very convenient — to take the dryer apart, you’d have to remove the SBC.

Well, there are source files there (though only Fusion ones). You could add matching parts to the bottom cover and the unit cover, kind of like a dovetail, like a slider.

ну там же есть исходники (правда только фуженовские). Можно добавить на нижнюю крышку и на крышку юнита ответные части а-ля ласточких хвост, типа слайдер
