iHeater enclosure tweaks after importing the STEP into SolidWorks

Long story short, so as not to go off-topic — I’ll write here.

I used FeatureWorks to recognize the enclosure. It recognized everything — bosses, chamfers, holes, fillets, and so on. The recognition was almost perfect.

My modifications:

С помощью FeatureWorks распознал коробку. Всё распозналось - бобышки, фаски, отверстия, скругления и ид. Распозналось околоидеально

I removed material here. Since this protrusion was getting in the way of tightening the screw with a long hex key

I removed the chamfer and fillets on the USB hole. In Bambu Studio / Orca slicer, if you use adaptive layers, it was printing god knows what in that spot. The rectangular holes nearby printed perfectly fine with bridges

Based on advice in the topic, I “beefed up” the area near the 220V connector. Removed the chamfer from the holes — now you can screw it in with round-head screws.

I haven’t changed the distance between the holes yet.

If anyone knows what else could be improved — let me know, I haven’t sent it to print yet.

I have no idea how to do that. The STL?

Выбрал в этом месте. Тк, этот выступ мешал закручивать винт длинным шестигранником

Убрал факсу и скругления на отверстии под юсб. В бамбу студио/орка слайсере если делать адаптивные слои, то в этом месте печаталось черт знает что. Рядом прямоугольные отверстия отлично печатались с мостами

По совету в тематике «навалил мяса» возле разъема 220. Убрал фаску с отверстий - теперь можно закрутить винтами с полукруглой головкой.

Расстояние между отверстиями пока не менял

Если кто знает, где можно доработать - пишите, пока на печать не закинул

Я хз как это сделать? Stl-ку?
