For our volumes, a Peltier module at around 100 watts should be enough, plus a gallery made of aluminum heatsinks and a blower fan. The only thing is, I have no idea what kind of gallery you’d need to cool it from 80 degrees down to 3.

Why down to 3? The dew point will be around 60–30C depending on the humidity.
