Could I get some kind of manual for the snubber, like what goes where and all that

You can get something like this: 0.22uF 224K 10mm X2 10mm — just search for it
or this: 0.22μF*630V CL21 (the first one is better, but in a pinch you’ve got a fuse on the board)
and also a 33–47 Ohm 0.5–1W resistor (metal-oxide (gray), carbon (beige), metal-film (blue) — priority in that order)
That setup is fine for me as a temporary thing, but not for you as a permanent one inside a heated chamber, so better go with the yellow and gray ones)
You can also slap in an FNR-10K471 varistor, but honestly it doesn’t really matter whether it’s there or not, it just might help the fan live longer)
Mounting it the way I did would let you just solder it to the terminal block pins on the back side of the board, in parallel with the fan power or the board input, but to me putting it in parallel with the fan seems more logical.
And it’s not shown in the photos, but it’s better to put it in heat shrink or wrap it with electrical tape.
The diagram in the picture is just for reference, don’t look at the values.

Theoretically, we don’t really need this, because the fan isn’t an inductive load, so it doesn’t kick back EMF, but there’s a switching 220V PSU in there rated for who knows what, never got around to checking, and like any switching PSU it throws noise back into the mains. After the PSU there’s just a regular fan, judging by how hard it spins probably 24V+… but if you routed your USB next to the 220V line, then this or a ferrite might save you. Think of printer USB cables with those ferrite barrel beads on them — that might be even better

мне так можно, как временное, тебе нет, как постоянное в термокамере, так что лучше бери желтый и серый)
можно всрать варистор FNR-10K471, но по факту пофиг есть он ли нет, просто может быть кулер проживет дольше)
монтаж как у меня позволит тебе просто припаять это к выводам клеммника с обратной стороны платы параллельно питанию кулера или входу на плату, но мне кажется, параллельно кулеру как-то логичнее.
И на фотах этого нет, но это желательно упаковать в термоусадку или изолентой обмотать

теоретически, нам это не нужно, т.к. кулер у нас это не индуктивная нагрузка, т.е. оно не плюется ЭДС, но там стоит импульсный БП 220 на хз скока, так и не удосужился глянуть, он, как любой ибп, срет помехи в сеть, а после бп обычный кулер, судя по прыти, вольт 24+… но если ты проложил свой усб рядом с 220, то спасет тебя может быть это или феррит, вспоминай усб кабели на принтерах с бочонками ферритов и это может быть даже лучше
