The background can be changed somewhere, I don’t really remember where, but obviously on the host), and the grouping and colors are just in the Klipper settings (Fluidd/Mainsail)

Yeah, I couldn’t find either of those, and I can’t even figure out how to split them into groups

See the little pencil on the right? That’s edit mode (sort of for the macro list/category)

карандашик справа видишь - это редактирование (вроде как списка макросов категории)

It opens the list of macros that are already in the group, or lets you enable their display on the main screen, but it won’t let you add them there
