How to flash Arduino without USBasp: can ESP32, JTAG, or something else be used

For some reason I was sure I’d be able to flash the Arduino with something I already have, but it specifically needs a usbasp? I’ve got USB-UART, JTAG, and ST-Link. A quick Google search said none of that would help

And it looks like all my Arduinos got lost during the moves.

Почему то был уверен, что смогу чем-то из имеющегося прошить Arduino, но там именно usbasp нужен? У меня есть usb-uart, JTAG и st-link. Быстрый гуглёж выдал, что ничего из этого не поможет

А ардуины все кажется при переездах потерялись

Google it — you can make one out of another Arduino, an ESP, an STM, or pretty much anything, there are tons of ready-made firmwares. You can also read up on your JTAG, maybe it has SPI too.

погугли, из другой ардуины, есп, стм-ки, или чего угодно можно сделать, прошивок готовых море. Можно почитать про твой jtag, может там и spi есть
