Through experimentation, it turned out that when assembling the unit, if you use a cartridge thermistor, then when the heater and thermistor touch, with 220V present, the temperature readings fluctuate badly. When using a bead thermistor, there are no such problems. And there are no questions about the insulation of the cartridge and the heater either

Экспериментальным путём выяснилось, что при сборке юнита, если использовать гильзованный термистор, то при касании нагревателя и термистора при наличии 220В сильно плавают показания температуры. При использовании капли таких проблем нет. Причём вопросов по изоляции гильзы и нагревателя тоже нет
