You need to install two vents, one at the top and one at the bottom. The top one works like a chimney in any stove, the bottom one like an ash pit blower. During airing out, the humid air inside will be replaced by drier outside air due to convection, just like in a stove: the hot air goes out through the chimney (the top vent), and cold dry air flows in through the ash pit blower (the bottom vent). I didn’t do it quite right — to make airing more effective, the top vent should be cut into the lid, and the bottom one into the bottom of the dryer. My dryer has monitoring, so you can see what happens to the temperature and humidity during airing on the graph.

Заслонок нужно ставить две, одну вверху, другую внизу. Верхняя работает как труба в любой печке, нижняя - как поддувало. Замена влажного внутреннего воздуха на более сухой наружный во время проветривания будет происходить за счет конвекции, как в печи, горячий воздух уходит в трубу (в верхнюю заслонку), холодный сухой затекает через поддувало (нижнюю заслонку). Я сделал не совсем правильно, чтоб проветривание было более эффективным, верхнюю заслонку нужно врезать в крышку, нижнюю - в дно сушилки. Моя сушилка с мониторингом, что происходит с температурой и влажностью при проветривании - видно на графике.

I don’t know how it works with one, I installed 2 vents right away. In principle I could tape over the bottom vent and record the graphs, see what happens with just one… but my door has no gaps, so it won’t pull air through there…

I understand very well how the frame structure of a frame house works. And I understand vapor movement there very well. In this dryer, the exact same thing is actually happening, the physics is the same
I also understand that 2 servos would be better, but that’s not a mandatory condition
Tested on myself. Mine opens the vent once every 15 minutes

сделай ради интереса. у меня герметичный бокс, кроме сервы ниоткуда не тянет
я хорошо понимаю как работает каркасная конструкция каркасного дома. и движения паров там хорошо понимаю. вот в этой сушилке все так же происходит на самом деле, физика та же
что 2 сервы будет лучше тоже понимаю, но эт не обязательное условие
на себе проверено. у меня раз в 15 мин открывается заслонка
