DIY iDryer box won’t reach temperature: large volume, weak heater, or flap placement

This is the kind of box I ended up with, but it won’t go above 92 ( there are no gaps, delta is 30, the servo is closed

Let’s just say with 4 spools it gets to 65 degrees in about 35–40 minutes, while the heater itself is always at 95.

I did all the calibrations with the box empty, and now I loaded 4 spools, set it to 65 degrees, and after 40 minutes it still can’t reach 65

I didn’t notice because even before the foil 92 was the max, I thought this would solve the problem, but nope

Maybe the heater just doesn’t have enough power, it’s only 100W, and the Creality one for 2 spools has 2 heaters

Я делал все калибровки в пустом боксе, вот сейчас загрузил 4 катушки поставил 65 градусов уже 40 минут не может выйти на 65

Не заметил потому что и до фольги 92 было максимум думал это решит проблему но нет

Возможно мощности нагревателя не хватает 100w всего, а в creality на 2 катушки там 2 нагревателя

It’s set to one minute after 30 by default

I actually wanted to make the holes under the heater. It’s more convenient with the wires that way.

But I put it in the opposite corner so the temperature would be more accurate, seemed like the right choice to me.
