I’m messing with a wemos s2 mini on esp32-s2 right now, but it’s still really rough, and I had to ditch the NTC thermistor in favor of the ds18b20 — the NTC is a complete mess, I just couldn’t get it working.
As for the app, maybe it’s not even necessary, could just make a web UI.

For a totally crazy setup, you could hack an Arduino onto the ESP over UART.

As far as I know, the ESP has much lower output current on the pins, and the ADC is a huge pain too.

насколько знаю у есп намного ниже выходная сила тока на пинах и большие сложности с ацп
Oh yeah, the ADC is totally messed up…
Turns out it’s 13-bit, and on top of that it hits max value at 2500 mV. Plus there’s a ton of noise, needs a whole bunch of calibration, that’s why I dropped the NTC — wasted two days for nothing.

Он оказывается 13 бит, так ещë и макс значение выдаëт при 2500мВ. В добавок шумов много, нужна куча калибровок, поэтому и отказался от ntc, два дня в пустую потратил
