There are two ways this product could go.

esp32 — the parts are more expensive, but it’s all-in-one + mobile app. Functionality like the X, size fits both the X and the Unit. No Klipper, CAN, etc. Hard to believe there’s much need to somehow shoehorn this into a smart home setup; besides, that’s just logging and remote control, and with esp you already get that out of the box.

stm32 with PSU onboard — price stays about where it is now, maybe goes up a bit because of the PSU.
Usage options both for Klipper and standalone:
2.1 Klipper, USB, CAN (like now in Unit + CAN). Optional module for the base board (±1.3k): filament buffer, MMU, scales, if anyone decides to convert raw ADC from Klipper into kilograms)
2.2 standalone:
2.2.1 + 200-ruble screen and now it’s already the X without scales (fits either the X or the Unit)
2.2.2 + touchscreen (+1100 rubles on Ali). + filament buffer, scales (module ±1.3k)

На нем, в отличии от Klipper screen, если я все прочитал правильно, невозможно создавать свои пункты меню
И тут возникает вопрос…
Есть два варианта развития продукта.
1 esp32 - комплектуха дороже, все в одном +mobile app. Функционал как у Х, размер лезет в Х и в Unit. Никакого клиппера, can и т.п.. В необходимость присрать это в умный дом верится с трудом, мало того, это только логирование и удаленное управление, а оно в случае с есп, уже из коробки
2 stm32 с БП на борту - цена как сейчас±, чуть увеличится за счет БП.
Варианты использования и под клиппер и под snadalone:
2.1 klipper, usb, can(как сейчас в Unit + can). Доп.модуль к базовой плате(±1.3к): filament buffer, mmu, весы, если кто решит raw adc из клиппер перевести в килограммы)
2.2 standalone:
2.2.1 + экран за 200р и это уже Х без весов (встает хоть в Х хоть в Unit)
2.2.2 + экран c тачем(+1100р на али). + filament buffer, весы(модуль ±1.3к)
Куда свернуть думаю уже третий месяц)))
