How good of an idea is it to place heaters like these in series? (First the air passes through one, then through the other)

One alone can’t push the dryer past 85, and it struggles pretty hard to heat up to that temp. I don’t want to ruin or heavily modify the design. Out of the simple options, this seems like the only one.
С одной не тянет сушка выше 85 и довольно тяжко ей до такой темпы прогреться. Конструкцию не хочется портить или сильно менять. Из простого видится только такой варик.

And you need to blow through them hard, the airflow will get slowed down a lot.

I think I have a 7525 blower fan installed, it’s got plenty of oomph.
7525 у меня вроде турбина стоит, дури у нее много
What about static pressure though? It’s different for every fan — some are for volume, others for pressure.
А по давлению что? Оно ведь разное у каждых вентилей, одни для объёма, другие для давления
No idea. It’s a PTC heater, so the output power depends nonlinearly on temperature. The higher the temperature, the lower the power output. The second heater will add very little. Or the second heater needs to be more powerful.
хз. Это грелка на позисторах, у нее нелинейная зависимость отдаваемой мощности в зависимости от температуры. Чем выше температура - тем меньше отдаваемая мощность. Вторая грелка будет совсем слабо добавлять. Либо вторую грелку нужно мощнее.

Ну сильно много и не надо, 90 бы уверенно греть и норм
