So here’s what happened on my end: I assembled the board, flashed it following the instructions, plugged it into the board, the red LED on the Arduino lights up and that’s it. I uncommented test pwm in the config just to at least see if it works at all, but nothing.
Значит у меня как получилось я собрал плату прошил по инструкции вставил на плату на ардуинке горит красная лампочка и все, раскоментировал в конфиге test pwm что бы хотя бы понять работает ли вообще но тишина

You need to plug the separate thermistor into the heater. It monitors it.
Отдельный термистор надо воткнуть в нагреватель. Он его контролирует.

Carefully insert it into one of the halves between the fins. Better to wrap the sensor in Kapton as well.

Nah, no need. It holds well enough as-is. And the glue makes thermal conductivity worse
I just stuck it between the fins and zip-tied it to the protective grille. Still working fine.
