Good afternoon, friends 
I ran into some weird system glitch: after the print finishes (! for some reason!!!), the filament gets jammed in the tube that feeds it from the dryer to the feeder.
On one PLA spool, near the end of it, I was printing small parts, about 30–50 minutes each, and before starting a new print I had to push it through with difficulty…
And recently, when the spool was almost finished, it jammed so badly that I can’t push it either way at all..
And all the prints finished 100%, without any kind of glitch.
So what the heck is this anyway?

Словил непонятный глюк системы - в виде : пруток после завершения печати ( ! почемуто!!!) заклинивает в хоботке, что из сушилки до фидера прут подаёт.
На одной катушке ПЛА - под конец её длинны- печатал небольшие детальки минут по 30-50 каждая, и перед началом новой печати - приходилось пропихивать с трудом …
а вот недвно , когда катушка почти закончилась - заклинило так, что даже не могу пропихнуть ни в какую сторону..
Причём все печати завершились на 100% , без какого либо глюка.
Это вот чё такое вообще?
Could you post a photo of the setup, or a video from the feeder to the dryer?
And what retraction length do you have after printing?

Just 1 mm shouldn’t be getting stuck, maybe the tube is kinked somewhere?

It works pretty much in a straight line all the time, not far from home, at 1/4

Практически по прямой всегда работает, недалеко от дома, на 1/4
The only thing I can suggest is trying a tube with a larger inner diameter
There is 4x3 tube
Maybe it’s cracking and jamming itself?
It comes off the spool in loops, and in the tube it straightens out and cracks
But that’s just a guess

Может он лопается и сам себя клинит?
С катушки он сходит кольцами, а в трубке распрямляется и лопается
Но это только предположения
Yeah, like maybe it cracked diagonally and wedged itself,
but the previous times when I managed to push it through, the filament came out whole, not in pieces.
Then why doesn’t it crack during printing, that’s the main thing, but only at the end.. for now I’m chalking this up to one of those unexplained cases,
Other plastics never got stuck like that, all kinds of filament went through that throat, both smooth and composite

ну да, типо по диагонали лопнул и расклинил,
но когда я в прошлые удавалось пропихнуть - то пруток выходил целым, не кусками.
че тогда в процессе печати не лопается главно, а в конце.. пока что отношу силучай к необъяснимым,
другие пластики так не застревали, сквозь это горло все пластики ходили , и гладкие и композитные
Hard to guess anything else
During printing it may not get stuck because the retractions are much smaller 🤷♂

Во время печати возможно не застряет потому что откаты значительно меньше 🤷♂
