Did you know this dryer is crap?)
So, here’s the deal: Total SF-5, loaded a spool on Saturday morning. Surprisingly, the filament was dry from the factory, the dryer was preheated, and I started printing. The goal was to unwind the whole spool, so I only printed when I was home, figured I’d finish it off by the end of the week. The dryer was running constantly without breaks. By Monday evening the filament started stringing. So basically, it started absorbing moisture inside the dryer. Didn’t bother measuring the actual temp in there, but I think 65 max. Two days and the filament got damp. That’s the reality.

Дано, тотал сф-5, заправил катушку в субботу утром, на удивление пластик высушенный с завода, сушилка была прогрета, запустил на печать. Задача была размотать катушку, печатал когда был дома, думал к конце недели размотаю. Сушилка работала постоянно без перерывов. В понедельник вечером пластик погнал сопли. Т.е. в сушилке он начал напитывать влагу. Сколько в ней градусов не удосужился померять. Но думаю 65 максимум. Два дня и пластик отсырел. По факту.
Most likely it was only dry on the outside. The deeper into the spool, the wetter it was. It’s hard for moisture to escape through all the windings.

Скорее всего он сухим оказался лишь снаружи. А чем глубже, тем сырее. Влаге выходить сложно сквозь витки.
Well, it was at least supposed to be drying, right?)) Today it started stringing like crazy, makes you want to stop the print and throw it in the oven.

Да мозгом я понимаю, но я думал хотябы напитывать не будет
I dried TPU in a similar one. Ended up taking two full days in “nylon” mode. And that was just regular Esun TPU.
So for now I keep sticking it in the oven, and print from this piece of junk. While I wait for the local dryer to be made.

Я тпу в подобной сушил. В итоге заняло это двое суток в режиме «нейлон». И это обычный тпу есан
В итоге пока сую в духовку, а из этой хрени печатаю. Пока жду местную сушилку как сделают
