Hmm. I started Googling and could hardly find any containers for sale in Russia that have both latches and a seal. They still make ones with latches, but ones with a seal are pretty bleak.

Just smear a wide strip of sealant on one side (the lid or the box) and let it dry. The main thing is to make sure the layer is thick enough when it’s closed. Of course, you still need to check whether it’ll actually stick or not.
Герметик на одну сторону (крышка или коробка) широкой полосой мазнуть и пусть сохнет. Главное, по высоте чтоб слоя при закрытии хватило. Конечно, надо ещё посмотреть, приклеится он или нет
