PF6-GF stringing: retraction too high on direct drive, suggested test and lower values

Good afternoon
Could you please tell me if it’s actually possible to dry pf6-gf before printing so there are no “boogers” during retractions?
I’ve already been drying it for several days, both in a dryer and even in the oven, and I store it in a box with silica gel
If the part is single-piece and “solid” - it comes out looking great, but if the part is split into several separate sections - it’s just a ton of stringing))

I tried increasing retraction up to 5 mm - no difference at all

Travel moves are set to 400 mm/s, acceleration is 10k - doesn’t look like it has time to ooze
5 mm was just for testing, normally it’s set to 3 mm retraction and 30 mm/s retraction speed

Подскажите пожалуйста, реально высушить pf6-gf до печати без “соплей” при ретрактах?
Сушу уже несколько дней и в сушилке, и в духовке даже, храню в боксе с силикагелем
Если деталь одна и “цельная” - все красиво получается, но если деталь делится на несколько отдельных частей - какая то сплошная волосня))

Ретракты пробовал до 5мм увеличивать - никакой разницы

Перемещения 400мм/с стоят, ускорения 10к - не похоже, что успевает натечь
5мм - это тестировал, так стоит 3мм ретракт и 30мм/с скорость ретракта

3 mm is way too much, at that point the filament is already pulling away from the melt and you get gravity-fed ooze; mine is usually around 0.5 to 0.7… or do you have Bowden?

I haven’t printed nylon specifically yet, but I still haven’t come across a filament that needed even one full millimeter. Try it first, then turn on the skepticism ) And of course it has to be properly dried, otherwise no retractions will help.

Конкретно нейлон не печатал ещё, однако мне ещё не попадался пластик которому понадобился хотя бы один цельный миллиметр. Вы попробуйте сначала, а потом включайте скептика ) Ну и ессно он должен быть хорошо высушен, иначе никакие ретракты не помогут.
