I found the iHeater project on GitHub - got a question about it
If anyone has experience, how quickly would a 100-200W heater warm up an uninsulated chamber? Aluminum profile frame, clad with 5 mm acrylic

Если опыт, как быстро нагреватель 100-200вт прогреет неутепленную камеру? Алюминиевый профиль, обшитый акрилом 5мм

That comes out to roughly a Reborn. And up to what temperature? Plus, this heating should also account for the heated bed warming things up
Примерно как Реборн получается. А до какой температуры? Плюс в этом нагреве должен учитываться нагрев стола
It barely reached 46C in 40 minutes without the bed
At the same time the heater is loaded at 100%, the PTC just won’t heat any further
It’s better with the bed, but not dramatically

By very rough measurements, the heater consumes 400-500 W
Просто за 40 минут без стола еле-еле 46гр
При этом нагреватель в 100% нагружен, птц дальше не греется
Со столом лучше, но не кардинально

Strange. @pavluchenkor (https://t.me/pavluchenkor) heated a very similar volume to well over 70 with a 100-watt heater…
I just quickly ran the numbers, and with 50% heat loss it should warm from 20 to 65 degrees in 0.9 hours. Roughly 55 minutes.
Странно. @pavluchenkor (https://t.me/pavluchenkor) 100 ваттным нагревателем сильно за 70 примерно такой же объем прогревал…
Я щас быстренько посчитал ч учетом потерь тепла 50% получается с 20 до 65 градусов должно прогреться за 0.9 часа. Примерно за 55 минут.
Right now the fan is not a blower fan, but a “regular” one
A 7035 is on the way - will it be better with that?

Definitely. You have poor heat transfer from the heater. It just can’t deliver its full power.
Однозначно. У тебя плохой теплосъем с агревателя. Он просто не может свою мощность реализовать.

Yeah. But apparently your losses are too high. Or the heat transfer from the heater is poor. Meaning it transfers its heat to the air very poorly. So it doesn’t heat up fast enough
Can you show your heater setup inside the chamber?
Да. Но видимо у тебя слишком большие потери. Побс плохой теплосъем с нагревателя. То есть он воздуху свое тепло передает крайне плохо. И сооьветственно и не греет с достаточной скоростью
Покажи свою грелку в камере?
Right now it’s like this - I took it apart to remove the thermal relay and to raise the temperature for testing

Ah, yeah, standard stuff. Axial fans don’t have enough pressure to blow through the heater properly. A 7530 should handle it
А, ну стандарт. Осевым вентиляторам не хватает давления, чтобы качественно продувать нагреватель. 7530 должен справиться
