The scales just won’t give up. I resoldered the wires so the numbering matches the count from left to right. Calibrated the scales. But they’re showing the weather on Mars. If I press on any of the scale carriages, the readings change on several of them. 
Весы не сдаются. Перепаял провода, чтоб номерация соответствовала счету слева на право. Откалибровал весы. Но показывают они погоду на марсе. Если нажать на какую либо каретку весов, показания меняются на нескольких.
Gravitational interference. You definitely put washers in, and the load cells aren’t touching the floor anywhere the compound is, right?
