How to make the dryer quieter: soundproofing, fans, and disabling the servo

Dear chat, what are some ways to make the unit silent? Putting it in the next room, not turning it on, and earplugs are not on the table for now)
For me it’s quiet enough, but it keeps my wife from sleeping.
So far the only thing that came to mind is covering it with thick sound insulation, I found 15 mm stuff on Ozon.
Or maybe there are some insanely quiet 7530s?

Дорогой чатик, а какими бы способами сделать юнит бесшумным? Убрать в соседнюю комнату, не включать и беруши пока не предлагать) Для меня-то он достаточно тихий, а вот супруге спать мешает.
Пока пришло в голову разве что обклеить толстой шумоизоляцией, на озоне нашлось 15мм.
Или может быть есть какие-нибудь нереально тихие 7530?

These are pretty quiet, a lot of others are much louder. You need to cover it with sound insulation, not thermal insulation though — I can’t really imagine 15 mm sound insulation

Вот эти довольно тихие, многие другие сильно громче. Только оклеивать нужно шумкой а не теплоизоляцйией, я что-то шумку 15мм не представляю

The servo makes a lot more noise, especially when it kicks in from time to time. What are you going to do about that?

Гораздо больше шума даёт периодически серва. Как с ней поступишь?

The servo was ceremonially cracked open a tiny bit and removed from the configs right after assembly for the same reason (and because of voltage drops too)

Серва была торжественно приоткрыта щелочкой и выпилена из конфигов сразу после сборки по этой же причине (и еще падениями по току)

Yeah, it hit 90, dried well, everything was all good. There’s literally just a 2 mm gap between the корпус and the flap

Да, 90 брало, сушило хорошо, все чики-брики. Там буквально открыто 2мм между корпусом и заслонкой
